My very first author event is around the corner, and I am a bundle of nerves at the prospect of getting up there in front of an audience. Over the next week, I will be preparing for my reading and finalizing any last minute details.
When I got the email inviting me to the Blue Earth Review Launch Party, I was so excited. But then the doubt quickly crept in.

What if you make a mistake?
You’ll probably fall on your face.
Cancel. Cancel. Cancel.
In 2025 I am telling that voice of doubt to shut the fuck up. I have goals to accomplish and I’ll never get there if I allow fear to hold me back. So, even if I’m afraid, I am still going to do the thing. Here is the link with more information about the event
